In a significant move towards fostering youth empowerment and community development, the renowned NGO Dakiz Human Development and Empowerment Initiative (DHDEI) has announced the opening of registration for interested applicants in Adeyemi Federal University of Education and Ondo Ekimogun Community. The announcement was made by the CEO, Akingbade Toluwa-Jolomi, emphasizing the organization’s commitment to nurturing the potential of young individuals and empowering communities.
The initiative aims to provide a platform for youth to acquire essential skills, knowledge, and resources necessary for personal growth and community engagement in both Vocational and Technical Skills. Through various programs and initiatives, DHDEI seeks to empower the youth to become proactive agents of change within their communities, fostering a culture of innovation, leadership, and social responsibility.
CEO of DHDEI, Akingbade Toluwa-Jolomi, emphasized the importance of inclusivity in the registration process. “Our aim is to reach out to as many youth as possible, offering them opportunities for personal and professional development,” stated Toluwa-Jolomi.
Registration venues in Ondo Ekimogun Community include Milano Make Up, Idinsin Ondo, and Essential Furnitures, Catholic Junction Ondo. Online registration is accessible for Students of Adeyemi Federal University of Education students through the designated portal.
Applicants are urged to complete their registrations before the deadline, which is set for Friday, March 1st, 2024. Following registration, a screening session will be held on Saturday, March 2nd, 2024, at the School Gym, Sport Complex, Football Pavilion, Adeyemi Federal University of Education Campus, starting at 1 PM.
The screening process will evaluate applicants’ eligibility and readiness to participate in DHDEI’s empowerment programs. Successful candidates will gain access to various initiatives aimed at enhancing their skills and fostering personal growth.
