In a significant move towards boosting economic empowerment, Governor Senator Ademola Nurudeen Jackson Adeleke of Osun State is set to commence the flag-off of a 1 Billion Naira Revolving Loan for all Cooperative Societies in the state.
This initiative stems from the Governor’s earlier promise made during the Cooperative Summit held in January this year.
The events are scheduled to take place across the three Senatorial districts of the state, with specific details as follows:
1. Osun Center: Osogbo City Hall, Olohunkoro, at 10:00AM
2. Osun East: Aromolaran Event Center, Ilesa, at 12:00PM
3. Osun West: Iwo Township Hall, Iwo, at 2:00PM
Governor Adeleke, accompanied by various government functionaries, is expected to grace the occasion. All Cooperative Societies and unions are urged to attend the events, showcasing the inclusive nature of this economic stimulus. The Honourable Commissioner for Co-operatives and Empowerment, Hon Prince Bayo Ogungbangbe FCSSM, will host the proceedings.
