Rice
Cab
bage (sliced)
Carrots (diced)
Smoked sausage/beef (diced)
Spring onion (diced)
Curry powder
Thyme
Seasoning cubes
Salt
Onion (chopped)
Garlic and ginger
Chili pepper
Thyme
Chicken

PREPARATIONS
Wash and season the chicken using salt, seasoning cubes, ginger and garlic, chili pepper, thyme, onion, curry and let cook until it’s done. Fry and set aside
Wash and cook the rice using the meat stock, add some water that would be enough to cook the rice. Taste for salt, seasoning cubes and add if necessary. Allow it to cook until it’s done.
Pour some oil into a pan, add the onion, spring onion, carrots, sausage or cooked beef and let it simmer for 2min. Add some garlic and ginger, salt, seasoning cubes and stir. Finally add the cabbage and let it simmer for 1min.
Pour the veggies into the rice on medium heat and stir until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
