Many persons encounter some challenges while cooking beans and today, I am here to show you how to overcome them.
Having challenges softening your beans?
Do not add all those things like coke, ash powder, nails and so on. It is very unhealthy. Do not be in a haste to add your ingredients. Adding your ingredients early prevents it from softening fast. Allow your beans to boil plainly with water and add ingredients later on. It will soften faster.
If you are cooking a very strong beans specie, do well to soak it in room temperature water one hour before the main cooking time. It makes cooking faster and saves your cooking gas too.
Parboil your beans and rinse before cooking it finally. It eliminates any chemical preservative used in the beans before you purchased.
Beans is protein friendly. Be generous with your crayfish, dryfish and even meat if possible.
Beans should not be boring at all.You can also slice onions.
