The Kano State Hisbah Board has arrested Murja Ibrahim Kunya, a popular TikToker, over alleged immorality , according to Hisbah chairman Aliyu Usman.
Kunya is accused of engaging in immoral acts and will be arraigned before a Shari’ah court.
Usman stated that she was arrested at her residence in Tinshama area after waiting for her for about three hours.
She is charged with engaging in immoral acts, which she is widely known for, including being picked up late at night and returned in the early hours.
