INGREDIENT:
unripe plantains( get as many as you can)
Oil
Salt
PROCEDURES
STEP1:
Peel off the plantains and sliced the plantain into chips using of knife or any other fast equipment.
Step2:
In big bowl, transfer the chips , add water and some spoon of salt.
Leave to for 10 minutes.
Step3:
Sieve out the chips and allow the water to drain. In a plate mix 1 knor Cub and half spoon of dried pepper mix together , then mix the spice and the chips .
STEP4
Heat up the oil to a medium heat, then put one whole onions for more flavour.
Then start frying the chips small small , continuesouly stirring till it becomes crunchy and golden brown color.
Step5:
After frying pull it out from oil and transfer the chips to the sieve and allow the oil drain.
Then package your plantain chips and enjoy .
You can equally spice with white pepper or ginger.
Do not parcel ur chips when it’s hot.
