Ingredient
✓ 1 live chicken
✓ 1 big stockfish head
✓ dryfish
✓ Dry pepper (Cameroon pepper)
✓ 2 tablespoon crayfish
✓ 1 teaspoon uzuza seed(grinded)
✓ 3 pieces uda (grinded)
✓ uzuza leaf (sliced)
✓ 3 piece of yam (sliced)serve as thickener
✓ ogiri
😋 seasoning cube
✓ salt

Procedure
Step 1,wash your chicken and stockfish and add in the pot, season with your grinded pepper seasoning cube and salt add a little water stir together and cook,slice your yam into piece and add into your cooking chicken,when the yam is soft enough to pound bring out and pound in a mortal pound to smooth and keep aside cause this serve as thickener,
Step 2,in the boiling pot wash your dry fish clean with warm water and add into the pot,add your grinded substance, crayfish pepper,your grinded uzuza seed and uda, ogiri,maggi and salt,and stir well
Step 3,in your boiling pot,Add your yam and stir to dissolve a little then cook make sure you stir the yam with your spoon so that it can dissolve well and not be lumping,allow to cook until it turn thick,make sure u don’t cook too thick
and not watering like pepper soup,lastly add your slice uzuza leaf allow to cook for 2 to 3mins and bring your pot of soup down food is ready,you can also add Utazi leaf if you want atleast a little
Ready to be serve with any choice of swallow .
