Tension arose in Kidandan Village, Kaduna State, as 10 children sustained injûries in an expl0sion while playing with an object found in the nearby bush.
Believed to be a bomb, the object exploded suddenly, causing injuries to the children.
The victims were rushed to Shika Hospital in Zaria for treatment.
The Village Head and a councilor confirmed the incident, stating that the police had visited the community, and efforts were underway to compile the names of the victims.
