The Honorable Member representing Owo Constituency 2 and Chairman House Committee on Agriculture in the Ondo State House of Assembly, Hon Prophetess Atinuke M Witherspoon, JP has begin the distribution of Christmas Gifts to Constituents and Residents of Owo Constituencyll.
In a bid to celebrate the Yuletide Season and the compliment of the Year, Hon. Atinuke M Witherspoon JP started the disbursement Christmas gifts earlier today. The items include Bags of Rices, Clothing materials and cash.
The distribution of the items goes across the 6 wards in Owo Constituencyll: Ipele, Uso/Emure, Isaipen, Ijebu 1, Ijebu 2 and Iyere wards. Similarly, Hon. Atinuke M Witherspoon put into consideration market women, elder statesmen and clerics within Owo Local Government.
Constituents were at the Owo residence of the Distinguished Honorable to receive the Christmas gift.
While receiving the items, some of the beneficiaries appreciated Hon. Prophetess Witherspoon, stating that the Lawmaker is a woman with a large heart who deemed it necessary to put her Constituents into consideration this Yuletide Season.
Hon. Witherspoon JP thereby assured the people of her commitment to serve them better in all capacities. She stated that the people are the lifeblood of any society and as such, they should be given absolute care especially in a festive period such as this.
Hon Prophetess Witherspoon JP also emphasised that she shall be on her toes to making sure that empowerment of various kinds shall soon be rolled out to the people. She beseeched the people to always be on the look out for opportunities as she assured them that she will be steadfast in making sure these opportunities are achievable.
She thereby wishes the Constituents of Owo Constituencyll a Merry Christmas and Compliment of the Season. Hon. Prophetess Witherspoon JP prayed that the coming years shall be filled with testimonies of good tidings.
