NANS JCC LAGOS LEADERSHIP EXTEND A CONGRATULATORY MESSAGE TO NANS NATIONAL PRESIDENT ELECT (COMR. LUCKY OMONEFE), SENATE PRESIDENT ELECT (COMR. AKINTEYE BABATUNDE) AND SENATE CLERK ELECT (COMR. UTHMAN OLADIMEJI DANFODIO) AND OTHER NATIONAL EXECUTIVES ON THEIR VICTORY
National Association of Nigerian Students Joint Campus Council Lagos Axis under the leadership of Comrade Alimi Lekan Idris congratulates the newly elected National President of NANS, Comrade Lucky Omonefe, the NANS Senate President elect, Comrade Akinteye Babatunde A.K.A Babtee, and the NANS Senate Clerk,Comr. Uthman Oladimeji Danfodio and other National Executives on their successful election at the recently concluded NANS elections held at the Abuja old parade ground on the 2nd of December, 2023.
We commend the resilience and commitment of the newly elected leaders in offering themselves for service to the Nigerian students’ community. We believe that with their wealth of experience and dedication to the welfare of students, they will make significant contributions to the advancement of education and the overall development of Nigeria.
As leaders of the NANS JCC Lagos, we pledge our unalloyed support and cooperation to the new executives as they assume their respective positions. We are confident that under their leadership, NANS will continue to advocate for the rights and welfare of Nigerian students, promote academic excellence, and foster unity among students across the country.
We urge the new leaders to prioritize inclusivity and consult widely with all stakeholders to ensure that the aspirations of Nigerian students are adequately represented and addressed. We also call on them to prioritize the resolution of pressing issues affecting the Nigerian education sector and to work collaboratively with relevant authorities to bring about positive change.
