On Monday, the Federal High Court in Abuja adjourned further proceedings in the case filed by the Deputy Governor of Ondo State.
According to the counsel for the Plaintiff, this was necessary on two grounds: first, to encourage the Reconciliation Committee set up by the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, and second, to give the House of Assembly enough time to pursue a petition against the Judge before the National Judicial Council.
