Friday, the 22nd day of September, 2023, the Borno state chapter of the Arewa Women for Tinubu/Kashim & Zulum has paid a visit to Hon. Bello Ayuba. The visit was to congratulate him on his well-deserved nomination as a party chairman.
The State Coordinator, Hon. Hauwa Zakariya Izge, in a statement in Maiduguri on Friday, said that Hon Bello’s nomination was a step in the right direction. She added that, in the choice of Hon. Bello, the Governor Zulum and Hon. Dalori, has displayed great wisdom and foresight, and without any doubt, we can boldly say that they will be happy with Bello”.
The party Chairman, Bello In his remarks, thanks the Forum for the visit and said “We cannot easily forget the immense support and exceptional efforts done by this forum throughout the electoral campaign of the Tinubu/Shettima presidency as well as, Governor Zulum and his deputy, Kadafur”. He added that AWT is the best and genuinely performed among all other support groups/ associations across the state. Assured the forum of the party’s regard in all ramifications.
Similarly, both the State Chairman and State Coordinator further congratulated and saluted Hon. Ali Bukar Dalori for his ascession as deputy national chairman, North of the All Progressive Congress.
The event took place in Maiduguri and attended by Deputy State Coordinator AWT, Hon. Wasaram, State Secretary, Comr. Baba Lawan alongside Hon Amina Garba, Hon. Wakai among other state exco and members.
