Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri Wednesday joined Muslim Brothers to observe Eid-El-Kabir Prayers at Yola Eid ground.
The Chief Imam of Modibbo Adama Central Mosque, Yola Khadi Ahmadu Bobboi led the two raka’at sunna prayers.
Governor Fintiri in an interview with newsmen congratulates Muslims of the occasion of Eid-el-kabir.
He called on the faithfuls to foster unity and peaceful coexistence for the development and prosperity of the state.
Governor Fintiri had after slaughtering his sacrificial animals in the Government House, Yola proceeded to join Lamido Adamawa at his palace in Yola to receive homage.
Lamido Adamawa who was represented by Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, Waziri Adamawa has congratulated Muslims on the Eid-El-Kabir.
He called on Muslims to foster mutual coexistence and however appealed to Government to deal with perpetrators of all forms of crimes.
