Osun People Democratic Party (PDP) chieftain, Hon Tunde Adeniyi Balogun has congratulated Muslims across Osun State and Nigeria on this year’s Eid-El-Kabir festival.
Hon. Tunde Adeniyi Balogun in a goodwill message issued in Osogbo, the state capital of Osun, urged the people to continue to pray for Osun State, the country and support the Imole government to succeed.
He also urged Muslims to emulate the good virtues of Islam as shown by the prophet Muhammad (PBUH) while assuring people of divided of government under the Adeleke watch.
“Islam is a religion of peace, a religion that embraces all, regardless. As true Muslims and followers of Prophet Mohammed (peace be upon him), we must live and exemplify the good virtues of Islam.
“The responsibility of building Osun State rest solely on our individual shoulders. We must keep the peace and without prejudice, sustain our unity in the spirit of peaceful coexistence, progress and development.
Calling on all party leader and loyal party members to maintain peace which Osun State is known for.
“I call on all muslims in this holy season of Eid El Kabir, the festival of sacrifice to renew their faith in Allah and pray for Government at all levels for the stability of the system.
“I congratulate the Muslim once again and wish them a peaceful celebration. Eid mubarak,”
