The member representing ODIGBO CONSTITUENCY 2 at the Ondo State House of Assembly, Hon. Babatunde Oluwarotimi Fasonu (BOF) felicitates with Muslim ummah at sallah.
BOF in his sallah message to all Muslim faithfuls within and outside Odigbo Constituency 2 thank the Almighty Allah for keeping everyone to witness another EID-AL-ADHA in good health and for the relative peace and harmony that is prevalent within the constituency. He said this peace has been made possible because the people even though of diverse tribes have chosen to live with each other in love and unity.
The biggest teaching of *EID-AL-ADHA* is the eradication of selfishness from individuals. More than the act of sacrifice, *EID-AL-ADHA* is the celebration of Ibrahim and Ismael’s love for Allah and the sacrifice is only meant as a gesture that shows that one is willing to make the ultimate sacrifice for Allah.
Hon. Fasonu prays that our life will be decorated with the teachings of *EID-AL-ADHA* today and always and also prayed that we all witness many more in good health, wealth and all round prosperity.
