This is Enoh T. Ebong, the current Director of the U.S. Trade and Development Agency, and she is an Akwa Ibom descent.
She has been designated by the US government to stand in for President Joe Biden, at Bola Tinubu’s inauguration.
Ms. Ebong is from Ukpom Abak, Abak local government area of Akwa Ibom State. She is the second child of Mr. Ime James Ebong, the super Permanent Secretary who played a key role in the planning and development of Abuja, during the General Ibrahim Babangida regime in the 1990s.
