The gun is in the custody of the police till now and the police had written their reports.
Video coverage and pictures will be sent to back up the true story.

The pickup vehicle of Tobi was used to evacuate the materials and INEC officials. All the mob attacks were carried out in the presence of the police and the soldiers.Â
Tobi Dauda was hospitalised for 2 weeks.
Scene 8
It was from the hospital bed that Tobi Dauda, Idris Salami and Baale Surulere were invited to the SIB to respond to a petition written by some unknown persons. Tobi Dauda, Idris Salami and Baale Surulere were to be detained if not for a sudden intervention. Tobi Dauda and others spent hours in SIB to take their statements.
Scene 9.Â
It was at this point that Tobi Dauda called for the attention of the state Chapter of APC. The case was then taken to the AIG office at zone 17 Ijapo Estate Akure.
This is the point where the state office of APC and govt got involved in the case. The case was therefore transferred to AIG office at zone 17 Ijapo Estate, Akure. And all the statements already submitted to Irun police station were to be transferred to Akure. This was what lead to the invitation of Otunba Cally Afe to zone 17 Akure.Â
Scene 9Â Â
A meeting of political stakeholders from both PDP & APC from OkeIrun was convened, by the ward Chairman of APC (Alh Ahmed Joki) But funny enough, none of the people that wrote the petition nor any residence of Surulere was invited to the meeting.Â
It was reported that the Political Stakeholders begged the PDP youths to seize fire and allow peace to reign.
Â
Scene 10.Â
Two days after the meeting, 2 residents from Surulere was attacked by the same gang of PDP youths. One of the mob attacks and molestations was witnessed by the ward Chairman and one Mr Bola Araoyinbo respectively.
Scene 11
On the 18th of May, all petitioners and those that were petitioned were invited again to zone 17 Ijapo Akure. It was only Otunba Cally Afe that came with his personal lawyer that was in Attendance while all the petitioners were in Attendance.
The police officers and the SSA to the Gov on security matter attempted to broker peace between the two groups if not for the falure of Otunba Cally Afe to come with Abiola and others that were petitioned. It was the response of Otunba Cally Afe (who claimed that he was a community leader and not a politician) to a question from the police that provoked the police officer to instruct that Biola Ajulo and others be arrested.Â
This lead to the arrest of two of the suspects who were later released the second day by the police, with fresh instruction from the police that the petitioners and the suspects should appear at zone 17 on the 8th of June 2023.Â
Now the questions to ask are the following:
✓ What legal right does Abiola Ajulo and his gangs of youths have to travel from their poling units to Surulere camp, a distance of 7kms?Â
- Â Who owns the gun that was seized from Abiola Ajulo on the election day?Â
- Who instructed and sponsored the mob action lead by Biola Ajulo that infringed on the Election process at Eginku Ogbagi, five units in OkeIrun and scuttled the Election at Surulere camp.Â
- Â Who ordered the Abiola gang to declare any resident of Surulere camp a personal non granta?Â
- Why is it that the conveners of the meeting of the Political Stakeholders did not invite the petitioners to the meeting?
- Â Why is that after a meeting of the Stakeholders, the gang of youths still continue to attack the residents of Surulere and threatened those that voted for APC in OkeIrun during the MHA election?Â
- Â What does the likes of Advocate and the people of Ogbagi want to gain from setting the youths of OkeIrun against their elders, with the social media attacks? Please preach peace.Â
- Â Can’t OkeIrun people be sensitive enough and think of how to enjoy dividends of democracy in the forthcoming LCDA?Â
- Â Why are these people keeping quiet in the midst of this hullabaloo: Dr Aroge that I know in the academics, where are you? Barrister Joki Lazeez, you as lawyer and high ranking police, where are you? Hon Ganny Dauda, you as Political figure in the state, why are you keeping quiet? Comrade Adeyanju, a veteran labour leader and current vice Chairman, where you dey?Â
- Â The time to say the truth is now, blame who to be blamed and beg who to be begged. Then reconcile the two sides after the truth must have been said.
