Hon. The Supreme Court has established that Oyetola failed to prove over-voting in his Appeal, as the BVAS machines are the basis for proving over-voting.
The supreme court on Tuesday affirmed Senator Ademola Adeleke as the duly elected Governor of Osun state.
A five-member panel of the apex court held that the court of appeal correctly reinstated Adeleke as governor.
Earlier yesterday, Hon. Tunde Adeniyi charged faithful party members and good people of Osun state to pray for victory against today victory.
