Ondo State Deputy Governor, Hon Lucky Aiyedatiwa graced the Final Funeral Service of Madam Comfort Orente Adekanmbi held at the deceased’s residence in Ajaka Street, Oke-Ogun Owo on Friday.
Madam Comfort Orente Adekanmbi aged 76 was the mother of Hon Femi Adekanmbi, former Ondo State Commissioner for Special Duties, Culture and Tourism.
Aiyedatiwa expressed government’s sympathy and condolences on the departed soul, saying that, Mama Comfort Orente Adekanmbi will be rembered for her deep spirituality.
He prayed that God Almighty grant the Children and family fortitude to bear the loss .
One of the deceased children, Hon Femi Adekanmbi said the children are so thankful for the good life lived by their mother as they thanked family, friends, political associates and well wishers for their prayers, visits and kind acts during the transition of their mother.
Others at the event are, Commissioner of Finance, Hon Wale Akinterinwa, Special Adviser to Governor on Union Matters and Special Duties, Mr Dare Aragbaye, Chairman, Akoko South West Local Government, Hon Augustine Oloruntogbe, Commissioner in the Local Government Service Commission, Arole Denis Alonge and others.
