Imole will bring peace and love to Osun, just like Jesus Christ did
Prominent Osun State indigene and prominent PDP chieftain, Tunde Adeniyi Balogun felicitates Christians across the State, country and entire world on the celebration of Good Friday.
In a statement sent to Peoplesmind by Ogunola Wasiu, urged christians to draw inspiration from the ultimate sacrifice of Jesus Christ.
“As we commemorate Good Friday, I extend my warmest wishes to Christians across the globe. This day serves as a powerful reminder of the ultimate sacrifice that Jesus made for us and reinforces the importance of faith, hope, and love.”
Balogun, a respected political figure with versed experience in the private and public sector, emphasized the importance of Good Friday and urged Christians to remain faithful as Jesus Christ did when they navigate through the challenging times.
He appreciated Nigerians for their immense support towards the party’s success at the just concluded general Elections and victory of the party at the court of appeal
To buttress it’s significance in today’s world, he urged believers to honor the way Jesus Christ underwent tremendous suffering and died for the expiation of their sins by upholding his virtues of sacrifice, peace, tolerance, and piety, in all facet of their lives.
Also, he called for unity among believers stressing that Jesus Christ while alive never practiced discrimination of any sort, and therefore, Christians should see themselves as one and be the light of the world in deeds and practice.
The PDP Chieftain also implored Christians to use Easter as a means of offering prayers for peace and progress of Osun state and Nigeria.
Balogun expressed optimism that the PDP government of Imole will bring peace and love to Osun State just like Jesus Christ did.
