Senator- Elect , Ondo Central Senatorial District Adeniyi Adegbonmire SAN met with the State Governor,Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu SAN CON on Saturday 1st of April 2023 and presented his certificate of return to him.
Adegbonmire used the opportunity to appreciate the Governor and the party, All Progressives Congress for their overwhelming support during the electioneering period which in turn led to his victory.
It would be recalled that Adeniyi Adegbonmire was declared winner in the last Presidential/ National Assembly Elections held on 25th February, 2023.
Adegbonmire as a candidate of the APC polled 103,871 votes to defeat his main rival of the PDP, Ifedayo Adedipe SAN who scored 74,702 votes.
