Ondo: Market women, traders, endorses Morenike Atinuke Witherspoon ahead sarturday poll

With the State House of Assembly Election barely 5 days away, the APC candidate, Ondo state House of Assembly, Owo Constituency 2; Hon Morenike Atinuke Witherspoon (RENNYKAY) has received endorsement and assurance of supports from market women and traders within the Constituency. This came after the RENNYKAY Campaign Team stormed the markets to campaign and solicit for votes for Hon. RENNYKAY in the Saturday Election. 

Markets visited were Ipele, Joks Motors, Utelu, Emure, Uso, Oja Oba and Oja Ojomo markets. 

In each of these markets, the traders, most especially women matched out of their stalls to welcome the Campaign Team. Songs were rendered to show their unflinching supports Hon. RENNYKAY. 

At Oja Ojomo market, Mr Tayo and the Iya’Laje, Mrs Risikat Abegunde professed their beliefs in the candidacy of Hon. RENNYKAY. The enacted even in the absence of monetary rewards in the coming election, they will surely vote for Hon. RENNYKAY. 

The Emure market showed RENNYKAY Campaign Team similar reception. The traders attested to Hon. RENNYKAY as a dignified woman who stands tall with virtue amongst women. The Iya’laje of Emure market stated that she will make sure she mobilises across all market women to vote for the APC candidate on Saturday. She added that Hon. Witherspoon (RENNYKAY) is a woman like them, and as such, every woman is expected to cast her vote for Hon. RENNYKAY and belief in her visions for her better Owo Constituency 2. 

In Ipele, a famous trader, Mr Uche, expressed his willingness and that of his family and friends to vote for Hon. RENNYKAY. He added that the impact of Hon. RENNYKAY is very visible for all to see except for those who may want to spread deceits and rumour. Variously market women and traders shared testimonies of Hon RENNYKAY’s ceaseless act of benevolence and goodwill. 

The Campaign Team under the supervision of Hon. Taye Adako distributed souvenirs such as aprons, footwears and food items. 

This is an indication of a soft landing for Hon. Morenike Atinuke Witherspoon (RENNYKAY). Her competence is becoming visible in all ramifications. We trust in the Lord for victory as we remain resolute towards proper delivery of effective legislative representation.
