A former Flying Eagles striker Alhaji Gero, has joined Finnish second division side Turku Palloseura on a one year deal.
The striker who scored 6 goals in 10 games last season for Jaro, decided to switch sides after being made a more lucrative offer by TPS.
With over 100 appearances in the Swede football, Gero will surely hit the ground running for TPD.
“We received top-notch confirmation. Hero prove last season that he was one of the best goalscorers in this series,” TPS head coach Mika Laurikainen told the club’s media.
“He is a big and dangerous boxer, exactly the kind we were still looking for in the team,” he added.
