The best international airline to travel with if you have so much luggage is Ethiopian Airline.
ET gives economy travellers 2 pieces of 23kg check in Luggage… that means two of your checks in luggage would be 23kg each, then hand luggage of 7kg, and a handbag of 3kg, so you get a total of 56kg!!!
No other airline does this. An extra 1 kg excess luggage is between 30 to 70 USD, so before you travel, get a luggage scale and weigh your bags. It is really not good to open your bags at the airport in public and repacking…
TIPS
Your baggage allowance is 23kg… if your baggage is 23.80kg, they will allow you to pass… as long as it is not 24 kg.

Each passenger is only allowed to carry 15 mobile phones… you can not carry more than 15 phones.
If the phones are in your check-in luggage, they should be switched off.
You can either carry phones in your check-in bag or hand luggage.
Power banks are not allowed to be in your check-in bags. They should be in your hand luggage. If you put power banks in your check-in bag and the scanner finds it, they will call your name out of the flight, open your bag, and destroy it.
Liquid like shampoo, cream, and perfume are allowed in your hand luggage as long as they are not in containers bigger than 100ml.
