Hon. (Dr.) Timehin Adelegbe, the lawmaker representing Owo/Ose Fed. Const., at the National Assembly, Abuja, has congratulated the newly upgraded monarchs in his federal constituency by the Ondo state government.
The lawmaker in a congratulatory message personally signed by him, expresses delight over their elevation, noting that he’s well convinced that the upgrade of the monarchs was a result of the vast development of various towns, in terms of population, infrastructural and economic viability in their kingdoms.
“I congratulate all the royal fathers who has just been elevated from Grade B to Grade A (First Class Oba) by the state government in my federal constituency, using the Elemure of Emure, Oba Simeon Adeyefa, Adedubaje, the Ojomo Luda of Ijebu, Owo, Oba Kofoworola,the Aruliwo II, the Olumoru of Imoru, Oba Oluwarotimi Obamuwagun and the Olupele of Ipele, Oba Segun Agaun, as a point contact.
“No doubt, looking at the rapid population, development coming into their communities and economic viability made their elevation a deserving one”.
Adelegbe also commended Governor Akeredolu over his determination and commitment towards the welfare of traditional institutions in the state.
“I must applaud Mr. Governor for upgrading and ensuring traditional rulers are living a better life and well institutionalised in our sunshine state.
