*You can use chilli pepper in their place
Procedure
1. Buy already roasted ehuru or you roast by yourself.
2.Get all the ingredients together in fairly equal portion depending on the quantity you’re preparing.
3.Pour all ingredients into your blender( except the already blended peppers) and blend together.
4.Start with low speed to crush it up then increase the speed to blend it smoothly.
5.Then pour in the peppers and blend nicely
6.Store in an airtight container and use for your banga stew.
It gives you that notable banga flavour and taste every time.
