Ingredients:
Beans (white)
Fresh Chilli Pepper
Spring Onions (now in season π)
Fresh Fish
Crayfish (grounded)
Bouillon Cubes
Sardine
Dried Garlic (Grind together with the seasoning cubes)
Salt to taste
Procedure:
Remove dirt and stone from beans, soak for some minute.
Wash and peel back, change the water from time to time.
Separate the chafe from the beans, wash your Fresh Chilli Pepper , Slice Onions and blend with washed beans.
Pour paste into a bowl and seasoning cubes mixture, sardine, salt to taste, grounded crayfish, deboned boiled fish and turn very well.
Grease your tin plate, mug, moimoi pouch with oil in it, if you’re using one and pour in your beans puree then cover.
Place purèe in the pot of already boiled water, cover and cooked for 40-45mins. Check to make sure it to your taste, bring down and serve hot.
