Gunmen shoot CDC chairman dead inside church

Residents of Mgbuosimiri community, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, mourn the Chairman of their Community Development, Ndidi Livingstone, who was shot dead by suspected cultists inside a church.

The gunmen, driving a black Toyota Highlander, waited for him to come out of Peculiar Faith Ministry, sh00ting him point blank as he exited.

The motive for his tragic killing was not known at the time of filing this report.

Ndidi Livingstone, who celebrated his 27th wedding anniversary and marked his birthday in 2023, had no indication that the Christmas Boxing Day celebration with his wife would be his last.
