Hisbah shaves guy’s head, says its against Islamic teachings

This was posted on the official Facebook page of Kebbi hisbah on Wednesday. 

It reads: “Wani saurayi mai gashi barkatai yashiga hannun hisbah, an aske kansa wannan gashin da ya Tara yasabawa koyawar musulunci dakuma dabiun bahaushe. Allah shirya Muna ameen.” which translates, “a young man with hair barakatai has entered the hands of hisbah, he has shaved his head, the hair he gathered against Islamic teachings and Hausa behaviour.”
