Suspended Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Godwin Emefiele, Tuesday made his first appearance in court after 46 days in the custody of the Department of State Services (DSS), and pleaded not guilty to the two-count charge filed against him.

The court is currently taking arguments on his bail application filed by his lawyer, Chief Joseph Bodurin Daudu, SAN.
