The Senator Representing Ondo North Senatorial District “Senator Olajide Ipinsagba” has felicitated with Muslims of Ondo North on the occasion of this year EID El-KABIR, urged them to make the fear of Allah the foundation of their lives.
In a statement credited to him, he said the Eid el- Kabir festival symbolize the fear of Allah and the desire of man to always comply with the wish of his creator as exemplified by the Holy Prophet Muhammed (SAW).
Sen. Ipinsagba noted that It is a great opportunity and rare privilege bestowed on us from Allah who uphold our life to witness another significant Eid Al-Adha celebration in sound health.
He appreciated the people of his senatoial district and beyond for their prayers, which he said has been strengthening the people and sustaining the nation, he urged all the Muslims not to cease praying for him or waver in their beliefs in him as the purpose of ALLAH shall prevail for Ondo North Senatorial District.
Senator Ipinsagba said this is a time we must look out for those around us that are in need. We must work to be our brother’s keeper by sharing our worldly goods with them.
He then beseeched the Muslim faithful to use the occasion of the celebration to pray for divine healing on Ondo State governor “Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu Odunayo” and also pray for the President of the country President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR” and all those saddled with the responsibilities of leadership at all levels across the country.
He said, with prayers, i have no doubt that God will inspire and guide our nation to attain guaranteed peace, security for all and sundry, economic growth, political stability and social cohesion in all our communities.
He pray that may all prayers during this solemn day command the double mercies of the Almighty Allah towards us all.
