At least four persons have been reportedly crushed to death and many others injured by a suspected internet fraudster (yahoo boy) in a road accident at Ijoka Road, Akure, the Ondo state capital.
The suspected internet fraud star, who drove a Toyota car, reportedly rammed into about five commercial motorcycles carrying passengers at different spots along Ijo Mimo, to Sunday bus stop, Ijoka road.
According to reports, four persons died on the spot, while others sustained varying degrees of injuries.
It was also gathered, that the driver of the Toyota car, who did not sustain any injury, was trying to escape from the scene, before he was caught by some youths and was beaten into coma. Itās not certain If he survived the beatings.
The injured victims were rescued and taken to nearby hospitals for treatment
