The hope of restored power supply and improved power generation in some rural communities of Owo/Ose Federal Constituency was today rekindled as member, House of Representatives, Hon. (Dr.) Timehin Adelegbe facilitated and delivered some transformers to three communities in federal constituency to boost power supply.
According to the lawmaker, he said, is part of his commitment on electrification and in fulfilment of his vow that Owo/Ose Fed Constituency would witness more developments from the government.
The legislator facilitated three 300KVA transformers, situating one in each community. The communities are Ujo Community, Molege Community and Elegbeka Community in the federal constituency.
Hon. (Dr.) Timehin Adelegbe who Chairs the House Committee on Foreign Affairs also donated over 500 knapsack sprayers and other agro allied materials to boost agriculture., “the donation of those transformers was part of his committment towards providing a conducive and habitable environment for those leaving in those communities”
“When you look around the communities, villages and others, there is no place we have not done something.
“I’m appealing to you all to support the party on Saturday and vote for Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Jide Ipinsagba and myself so that more developmental projects can be enjoyed.
Appreciating the good gesture by Adelegbe, the leaders of those communities pledges their support for the party in the forthcoming general election, noting that the rep member has touched virtually all the communities in Owo and Ose Local government.
He explained that the community has been in darkness for some time as all efforts made by people of the community were futile.
